Level Three Skills Sessions


So your feeling pretty smooth right? Level three takes the on foundations and allows you to push the limits of what you think is possible on the trail. Speed, flow, efficiency and some hang time are all expected in these sessions.

Skills Learnt:
Jumps on the trail – confidence, run in, speed check, mid flight and landing
Drops – run in, bike + body position, landing, speed variation,
Line choice at speed and race speed – XC, Enduro and DH disciplines
Technical and challenging terrain – roots, rock gardens, wet weather, sand
Speed management

Trails Conditions:
Challenging steep and technical terrain
Blue, black to double black

Ability to ride all trails with speed and confidence
Skills to jump, drop and double sections of trails
Ability to ride technically challenging terrain with confidence at pace.

Rider Requirements:

Personal Mountain Bike – good mechanical condition
Necessary tools and spares for basic trail side repairs
Food and water
Weather gear if required – subject to trail/weather forecast
Willingness to learn

Time requirements: 4hrs
